In today’s news paper i learned Iraqi and U.S. negotiators have completed a draft security agreement that would see U.S. troops leave Iraqi cities as soon as June 30.
Also completed is a companion draft document, known as a strategic frame work agreement, spelling out in broad terms the political, security and economic relationships between Iraq and the U.S.
In my opinion I think bush is just waiting to emerge and start fighting again also our hypothesis in the U.S. is that we elected a bad president. I implicate bush for the war.
Today in the union tribune, I read that A law enforcement official says a 16-year-old student has died after a shooting in a Knoxville, Tennessee, high school cafeteria. The shooting at Central High School was reported to police at about 8:10 Thursday morning. Police say they took a suspect into custody six minutes later near the school and recovered the gun. Knoxville chief deputy Bill Roehl confirmed the student's death. The school was placed on lockdown after the shooting. School officials were preparing to release students one classroom at a time, then bus them to a church so they could be picked up by their parents.
I think that this is very sad because this only happened about 20 minutes ago. I don’t know why this student is dead but my HYPOTHESIS is it could have been another crazy person looking for attention. Another IMPLICATION could have been that the person that shot the kid couldn’t have liked him because the one who died was the only person shot.
Today I read about a man who faces up to 7 years for an outburst he had while at Denny’s. A Chula Vista man was convicted yesterday of a variety of charges for throwing a tantrum at a Denny’s in La Mesa and shoving a 16 year old girl into on going traffic. Wayne Anthony Bushore 34, faces up to 7 years in prison for his conviction. He was charged with assault with force likely to cause great bodily injury making criminal threats battery vandalism and child abuse. Bushore had been throwing a tantrum at a Denny’s and when the manager asked him to leave he threatened to kill her and then threw one of the displays and walked out up to the girl and shoved her into ongoing traffic.
Interesting Facts- Bushore had testified that he didn't threaten the manager and said he never encountered with the 16 year old girl.
My Opinion- I think that what he did was wrong but he does not deserve all that time because no one really got hurt.
In today’s article, A gang member was convicted Wednesday of murder and other charges stemming from three 2004 drive by shootings that occurred within a 22-hour period, leaving two people dead and three others wounded. Robert Lamar Myers, 21, faces life in prison without the possibility of parole when he is sentenced September 24 by Judge Frank Brown. The hypothesis of the jurors found Myers guilty of two counts of first-degree murder, three counts of premeditated attempted murder and two counts of shooting into an occupied vehicle, along with gang and gun allegations. Jurors also implicate found true special circumstances of multiple murders and shooting out of a motor vehicle with the intent to kill. The suspect emerge from behind the victims and opened fired from his car.
I think that they should give the guy another chance because every body makes mistakes. I feel that he will not mess up again, I agree he should be punished but you have to find all the reasons.
The most interesting fact I read about was the court didn’t even try to find the accomplices and they just charged him with all the murders.
Today I read a article about a inspector from Otay mesa who uncovered more than 2,700 pounds of marijuana that was stashed inside implicate boxes of fresh cilantro in a tractor trailer. The inspector found 328 wrapped bundles of marijuana valued at about $1.2 millions well that’s what the border patrol estimated. The Mexican 16 year old guy was arrested and emerged into San Diego county for the hypothesis. CBP officers had ordered the patrol officers to take the tractor trailer to inspection before the tractor would cross to the united states.
