Crack convicts are getting out today on the behalf of judges reducing sentence to about three years. Some people in the AREA that the convicts are getting out does not want them to be reaslessed. The Judge POLICY that the three men were LEGALIZED and changed men. The three men want to pick there lives up and do something while they still have a chance to do it. This does not LEGISLATIVE letting them get out early in the next year. I think that the judge should let them finish out there sentence in court. If the men are changed then they should have know problem finishing 5-6 years in prison then 2 years in rehab. The should be understanding that Criminals type of thinking is unacceptable in the way we run are society. I Also felt that if the judges lets them out who knows if the people in the town that this is taking place will accept them coming in knowing that the people are sicking and bad. Some people feel as if the court system is basing it off cocaine powder and crack rocks which should be taken as the same thing. This is a tragedy considering a fact that the person was caught on memorial day weakened and his son was just wondering when daddy would be back from the store and that was not cool. I think that this guy should get locked up for life.
The San Diego Padres is the worst team in the National League. Fan said, “ when your team is absolute worst in the National League, and everything seemed to go wrong since the first day. Their record is 19 wins and 33 loses. I think the club need to practice more and recruit some new players to build a good franchise. They still have 110 games left in the season and it have a long time coming so far for them. They play the Washington Nationals tonight and I hope they get a victory, because I like the Padres and hope they win a championship.
“Health issues being linked to post-Katrina FEMA housing”
►Today I read on the newspaper that some houses that were donated to the disaster on Katrina had some radioactive substance that provoked leukemia, nasal cancer, and other diseases, this wood was both on china, the FEMA ordered nearly $2.7 billion of Legal money worth of trailers and mobile homes to house the storm’s victims. Also the Legislative branch tried like all the other branches to help. But this is not policy matters.
►I don’t agree because this houses had this dangerous substances.
►I also don’t agree because this putted on danger the peoples health.
►In the other hand they were just trying to do good and they may didn’t known.

Title: Boy, 4, hit, killed by SUV after running into street
Story: A 4 year old boy was struck and killed by a sport utility vehicle, after he ran into the street while playing with friends. The child and his family live in Chula Vista and were visiting a home on Ivanho Street near Galopago Street. The boy, who was in the front yard with other children, darted into street for unknown reasons and ran into the passenger side of a 2000 Nissan Pathfinder. The child ran out from behind a large work truck parked on the street, which blocked the driver’s view. The child was taken by the ambulance to Rady Children’s Hospital, where he died, the driver was not cited.
My opinion about this article is the person who had ran over the child will be found, and anything bad was the child’s death and he was 4 how can you just leave the little kid right their.
Man dies after jumping off pedestrian bridge……. In today's reading I read that there was a man who was killed 2 days ago by jumbling off the pedestrian bridge. The man jumbled off and landed and the ramp that connects into the interstate 163 south… the police side that the hole bridge was blocked off because they don’t know why he jumped off… The ambulance took him to the nearest hospital and pronounced him deed….

Today in the union tribune, I read that a girl is suspected of killing her mother. The police doesn’t know weather to try her as an adult or a juvenile. For the time remaining she is in juvenile hall. Neighbors coulden’t believe what had happened and where in tears when they talked to reporters. Old school kids that used to go to school with the girl said they didn’t know she would do anything like this. She was never a loner kid, she always had friends but she kept them in a small amount. Reporters also said that every time she was with her mother they’d always seem happy. The mother worked as a counselor and advisor for the sprekles student council. A former first grade teacher remembers Rebecca as a nice lady.
Today in the union tribune I read an article about how Chinese officials said yesterday that the countries one-child policy exempts families with a child killed, severely injured or disabled in the countries devastating earthquake. Those families can get another child. The earthquake killed more than 65,000 people, with more than 23,000 missing. Officials have not been able to estimate the number of children killed. Chines couples who have more than one child are commonly punished with fines. The announcement says that if a child born illegally was killed in the quake, the parents will no longer have to pay fines for that child but the previously paid fines wont be refunded. China’s one child policy was launched in 1970.
Today in the San Diego Union Tribune I read about how California is about to become the second state to LEGALIZE same sex marriage. Same sex couples in some counties will be able to marry as soon as June 14. An effort is under way to stay the supreme court’s decision until voters can decide the issue with an initiative planned for November ballot. The measure would overrule the justice decision and amend the state constitution to ban gay marriage. LEGISLATIVE Justices have until the rulings effective date to weigh the request. I hope that this does pass in the November ballot.
