The article I read today was about in Philadelphia police officer got caught beating up 3 men of a traffic stop the cops pulled the men out and started beating them up. The video, shot by WTXF-TV, shows three police cars stopping a car Monday, two days after a city officer was shot to death responding to a bank robbery. There were three dozen officers beating 2 men on the ground beating them and kicking them and beating them with a butane while the victims were on the ground helpless…
I think that sucks.
Today on the CNN website I read an article about Six fraternities getting suspended after a drug investigation that landed members of the three fraternities in jail on suspicion of openly dealing drugs on campus. The cocaine overdose death last year of a freshman sorority member led to the arrests of 96 people, 75 of them San Diego State students. A second drug death occurred during the investigation. fraternity members openly dealt drugs, and that one sent a mass text message advertising special prices on cocaine. Two kilograms of cocaine were seized in all, along with 350 Ecstasy pills, marijuana, psychedelic mushrooms, hashish oil, methamphetamine, illicit prescription drugs, several guns and at least $60,000 in cash.
Today in the union tribune, I read that San Diego State University has suspended six fraternities after a sweeping drug investigation that landed members of three fraternities in jail on suspicion of openly dealing drugs on campus. Twenty-nine people were arrested early Tuesday in raids at nine locations including the Theta Chi fraternity, where agents found cocaine, Ecstasy and three guns. Eighteen of those arrested were wanted on warrants for selling to undercover agents. Authorities said some fraternity members openly dealt drugs, and that one sent a mass text message advertising special prices on cocaine. Two kilograms of cocaine were seized in all, along with 350 Ecstasy pills, marijuana, psychedelic mushrooms, hashish oil, methamphetamine, illicit prescription drugs, several guns and at least $60,000 in cash, authorities said. Some drugs bought and sold by students were traced to gangs linked to Mexican cartels, according to the DEA. Agents collected about $100,000 worth of drugs that were being advertised in "resale quantities" between members of the fraternity and other students.
A man in North County was sentenced to 13 years to life in state prison for stabbing his ex-girlfriend in the chest multiple times with an ice pick. The woman identified as 28 year old Sylvia Saldana went to go pick up her two children from the suspects home when he opened her door and stabbed her. The suspect is 37 year old Tomas Palacio. As the victim testified she stated that Palacio began having stalker like behavior when they broke up. As the victim was giving her testimony she choked up and began crying. As Palacio was being sentenced he yelled at her stating the she would have “that” on her conscience forever. “That” is being interpreted by authorities as testifying and incarcerating him. The prosecutor also stated to the jury that if the ice pick would have gone in a different angle the victim would have died.
Reflection: That’s crazy there be some psycho ass people now days.
Reflection: I think that’s what that guy deserves.
Reflection: The victim is lucky she is alive, I think she was smart for leaving him because he is a psycho.
My Opinion: In my opinion that lady was very fortunate that she didn’t die. The man deserves getting life. I think woman should be smarter and leave a guy when they think that their relationship can turn into an abusive one.
Mother charged with sons death
Today I read about a woman who pleaded guilty yesterday to involuntary man slaughter . Phatsary Erika Panyavong has been charged with the murder of her 19 month old son. His body had been discovered in a roadside trash bin. She was charged with murder an involuntary man slaughter in vista superior court to four years.
Interesting facts- In December 2006 the report of the missing toddler touched of an intense search, involving helicopter and dogs.
My opinion- I think that she should have been sentenced to more time because that’s scandal killing your own kid and putting him a trash can .
There was a drug bust on the SDSU and a lot of weed and drugs were found about 5 students were caught and are know facing jail time but not quite yet there are u=in trial right now the drug bust happened because a student of SDSU was overdose on a party and the faculty got supposes and allowed the federal drug agents. There is about 101 students that are suspects of drug distribution and buying drugs too. I think that what the students were doing was bad but u have to give them credit because to run a big organization like that it takes a lot of people and a lot of brain power it also takes a lot of courage but what they did was bad they should of done something different whit the organization.

The article I read today was about three men brutally attacking a professional surfer Emery Kauanui jr in La Jolla beach while he was walking. A string of violence indicates a linked crew know as the bird rock bandits indicate a pattern of gang activity the intimately led to the murder said district attorney Sophia roach. If convicted they will be sent to prison for life The hearing is going to last 4 days.
