“Law-and-order appointee now known for greater rights”
Today I read on the newspaper that the INSTITUTE of California Chief Justice Ronald George doesn't go before voters for confirmation for two years, but the November election could serve as a referendum on the two most important decisions of his 12-year tenure. Voters will get a chance to pass judgment on his recent landmark decision legalizing same-sex marriage and his 1997 decision allowing girls under 18 to decide whether to have an abortion without their parents' consent. But how did a jurist, appointed and promoted by law-and-order Republican governors, create a legacy of expanding civil rights for gays and abortion rights for girls?
►I agree because they should do what ever they want as long as doesn’t hurts no body.
►I also agree because they should have their own rights and REGULATE.
►In the other hand I think is bad because they should just leave the things they way they are.
►I think the most interesting fact is that they are doing a big deal of this CIRCUMSTANCES.

Imagine Jason Bourne in stretchy pants. That's the basic idea in Marvel's relaunch for Stan Lee's Jekyll-and-Hyde character, The Incredible Hulk. Five years ago, Ang Lee produced a thoughtful but self-conscious and only half-successful version of the comic book tale, which starred Eric Bana, Jennifer Connelly and Nick Nolte. Reviews were good and bad. Business was just OK. So bring on the Hulk again. It's got a new cast and rather new story, with only Stan Lee and original TV Hulk Lou Ferrigno back in witty cameos. Edward Norton takes over as scientist Bruce Banner, a choice that plays up the Jekyll and Hyde theme, and which capitalizes on the actor's track record as dual personalities in films such as Primal Fear and Fight Club. First seen hiding out in Brazil, Banner is keeping a low profile after running off following experiments conducted for the U.S. military. He hadn't realized the CIRCUMSTANCE at the time that Gen. Ross (William Hurt) meant to develop a super-soldier, an invulnerable fighting machine. Now, Ross is desperate to reclaim his prototype, and Banner is just as desperate to find an antidote that will rid him of his condition.

lakers celtics

The Lakers seem to be lost in a slump in how they are going to get into the game the Lakers are not seeming that they want to produce in the game. The CIRCUMSTANCES are pointing that the Celtics defense is to strong for Lakers. The Lakers need to REGULATE the game at there pace to beat them. Or INSTITUTE a different game plan to beat the Celtics. The Celtics have the number one defense in the league and the Lakers can not be consistent in shooting or scoring period they seemed to had let the Celtics slip through there hands once again this is not how the game plan that the Lakers coach put in. Kobe needs to pass more and gasal needs to make more close range shots there missing the easy lay ends every time they come to the basket.
I think if the Lakers want to beat the Celtics then they will have to slow the pace of there game to beat the Celtics. The fast are rediticolous y the Celtics.

In the news paper I read about the Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers game four of the NBA Finals. The Lakers are behind in the series and they stated, “No team has ever come back from a 3-1 deficit in the NBA Finals to win the championship.”
The Lakers was up by 24 points in the midway through the second quarter and under no CIRCUMSTANCES should the Celtics have came back to win that game. The Celtics outscored the Lakers 49-23 over the final 19 minutes to complete one the greatest comebacks in NBA history. The Celtics had to REGULATE the Lakers because I’m a big fan of Paul Pierce. I think the NBA INSTITUTE is a great career and opportunity to succeed.

Title: 680 pounds of marijuana seized by border agents.

Story: In campo a border patrol agents seized 680 pounds of marijuana yesterday morning after they trailed a sport utility vehicle with a shredded tire. An agent noticed the Isuzu Trooper with a bad tire on State route 94 about 7 a.m. The driver made an abrupt turn south on a dirt road toward the border, when agents caught up with the Trooper, it was parked at the border and three men were unloading Bundles. They dropped the packages and ran into Mexico when they saw the agents. The institute regulated 66 bundles of marijuana. The circumstances was no one was arrested.
My opinion about this story is I guess the people in the vehicle were very smart to just run.
They should of took something with them because that was money, if you were going to run.
Why would you be on the side of the road unloading.
One interesting fact is don’t ever leave your stuff behind..

Today I read a article about a trooper that got caught yesterday morning for drug trafficking. The man was under the circumstance of a flat tier in his sport utility vehicle. The car was then parked in the border and three men were unloading the drugs and when they saw the agent they ran. The drugs were regulated but the men escaped. They were kept in a drug institute.

Today in the newspaper, I read that there are more illnesses linked to the salmonella tomato case. The number jumped to 228 illnesses yesterday as the government learned of five dozen previously unknown cases. Six more states - Florida, Georgia, Missouri, New York, Tennessee and Vermont – reported illnesses related to the outbreak bringing the number of affected states to 23. On the do-not-eat list are raw red plum, red Roma or red round tomatoes. The safe list are grape tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and tomatoes with the vine still attached. On the suspect list are Mexico and parts of central Florida, two chief tomato suppliers. Mexico supplies 80 percent of our tomatoes.

I think that the outbreak Is going to get even worse and the F.D.A. isnt going to be able to do anything about it, unless they contain all the tomatoes and find out what was the cause of this and to find the root of the problem.

More and more cases have been discovered of salmonella caused by tomatoes. The FDA has not been able to pinpoint the source of the salmonella infected tomatoes. Under the current CIRCUMSTANCES it is critical that the FDA discover the source since the public needs to be safe and also the economy. It is bad for the farmers and other business people that consumers stop buying tomatoes. So far 23 states have been affected. The FDA has been REGULATING the tomato market and keeping information in their website to let consumers be updated to all the new developments in the case. The INSTITUTION of the FDA has been investigating to pinpoint the source of the salmonella tomatoes in order to keep consumers safe. Although the salmonella breakout has not been directly linked to a death it has been speculated to be a contributing factor in the death of a 65 year old patient with cancer.

The article I read today is about southwestern college’s governing board has approved the resignation of its vice president for student affairs after a sexual harassment claim was filed against him. Greg Sandoval a career south county college administrator, submitted his resignation last week but he asked to draw a college spokeswoman said chopra refused his interview with the spokeswoman. At the board meeting the board voted 3-1 to approve Sandoval’s resignation the voted followed testimonials from several people praising Sandoval who attended the meeting for his contributions to South County’s community college over the past 32 years.
They should REGULATE new laws before hiring.
They should have new CIRCUMSTANCE before firing someone.

The story I read today was about 680 pounds of reefer. A border patrol agent saw a Isuzu on the dirt road with a shredded tire and he decided to pull it over but when the driver saw the police he took of and went by the border and started unpacking bundle into the other side of the border. When the agent got a hold of the vehicle they confiscated 66 bundles of reefer inside of it. No one was arrested for that.

Today in the San Diego Union Tribune I read about the nations juvenile justice system INSTITUTE metes out harsher punishment to black and Latino youths, locks up thousands of children for relatively minor offenses and ultimately makes them more dangerous. The juvenile justice system doesn’t realize the CIRCUMSTANCES that a child Is way different than an adult. I think they have to REGULATE their way of dealing things before it gets to far. The foundation’s annual kids count report documented improvements in the child death rate, teen birth rate, high school dropout rate, and teens not in school and not working. I don’t understand why when a colored person does something they do time and when a white person does something they just get sent home. I guess racism is something that is never going to end
