Today in the union tribune, I read that Some fans of the band Chicago thought this day would never come. Many have waited 15 years for it. An album the band recorded in 1993 finally goes on sale Tuesday, long after a squabble between the group and its former record company shelved the project. The album's release by Rhino Records has set off a wave of excitement on Chicago's fan club Web site. The album, "Stone of Sisyphus," takes its name from a character in Greek mythology who rolls a heavy stone up a hill only to have it roll back down again and again for eternity. The album harkens back to the band's socially conscious early days, recorded in a style much different from the light-rock ballads that sent Chicago to the top of the pop charts. The band formed in 1967, committed to the concept of a rock 'n' roll band with horns. First called The Big Thing, the group was known as Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) on its debut album before taking its present name. In more than four decades, Chicago has sold more than 122 million recordings. It had five consecutive No. 1 albums and has had more than 50 Top-40 singles. The band became a staple of underground FM and college radio stations a few years after forming. Disc jockeys talking in low, slow tones feasted on tracks like "Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?" and "Beginnings."

Title: Tomatoes to return to McDonald’s food.
Story: McDonald’s institute. says it will beginning serving sliced tomatoes again after a multistate salmonella outbreak caused the world’s largest restaurant chain to yank the vegetables from its sandwiches. The fast-food chain’s U.S. restaurants will introduce sliced tomatoes in the next seven to ten days. McDonald’s was among several restaurant chains and grocery stores that regulated serving sliced tomatoes Monday as a precaution. At least 228 illnesses in 23 states were linked to salmonella-tainted tomatoes. Federal authorities haven’t pinpointed the source of the outbreak, but say parts of Florida and Mexico were supplying most of the nation’s tomatoes when it began in April.
My opinion about this story is I think under the circumstances McDonald’s should not serve tomatoes because it is something that is bad right now and it will not be good for them to serve them.
Why would you serve tomatoes when you know people will not eat them.
Obviously they do not know how to handle their business.
One interesting fact is don’t eat tomatoes or you will get sick…

The article I read today is about a group of Mexicans preparing to cross the border near campo was ambushed by army robbers late, Friday leaving one man dead and three others seriously wounded, Mexican authorities said yesterday. The three wounded men ran across the border to get help and were found by U.S border patrol near mountain empire recreational park along state route 94. one had been shot in the leg, and a second was shoot in the head and a third suffered a broken arm under the CIRCUMSTANCES one had been flown to a hospital in San Diego and his injuries remain unknown. The gunfire began after 10p.m as the group were gathered of 10 to 15 men and women at roda de Castilla a known smuggling route. The four men tried to rob the group witch dispersed into the wilderness.
I think they need to REGULATE new laws
They need to make a new INSTITUTE for lawbreakers.

A group of Terre Haute kids on a regular day were squeezing out of cash from their lemonade stand and now a man is behind bars. The children were running a lemonade stand in the Farrington Grove neighborhood when things went sour. Dominique Morefield and her friends set up their lemonade stand at the corner of Deming and Center streets. Police said 18-year-old Steven Tryon came up to the stand and regulated for the money for their money. "The guy comes up and was just like, 'give me your money,'" said Morefield. He grabbed it from the girl's hands and took off running." I was just like, shocked. It was my immediate reaction to chase after him,". Morefield chased after Tryon and called police on her cell phone. Tryon ran into a house down the street where police spent more than 45 minutes trying to coax him out. When he finally came out, police arrested him. The kids were able to identify him because they said he came to their street corner earlier that same day and tried to sell them a knife. Tryon was taken to the Vigo County Jail. He's due in court Tuesday. He is facing a felony robbery charge. The kids will be getting their money back, all $17.50, but they said they're just glad Tryon was caught." I didn't think anyone would come up to a lemonade stand and steal money.
Reflection- I don’t think some one can go that low to get money from little kids. Its funny how he tried getting money but at the same time he humiliated him self
Interesting fact- 18-year-old Steven Tryon came up to the stand and asked for their money

“Tiger, Torrey triumph”
►Today I read that San Diego may have trouble paying its bills and building a breadbox without litigation, but it can throw a party – especially when it doesn't have to pick up the check. In the end, the winner of the U.S. Open, golf's mightiest, bulkiest and most unwieldy tournament, just may have been the city and Torrey Pines South. This, although the official record will show a gimpy Tiger Woods won his third U.S. Open yesterday in what amounted to historic golf double-overtime. Woods proclaimed it his greatest victory. Tiger Woods celebrated his 19-hole playoff victory over Rocco Mediate (left) yesterday in the U.S. Open at Torrey Pines. “The only question now is when we'll come back,” U.S. Golf Association Executive Director David Fay said. “This has been a home run.”
►I agree because it makes U.S. look good.
►I also agree because it is not bad.
►I also agree because no body cheated.
►I think the most interesting fact is that united states is winning.

Today on the fox 6 website I read an article about a women and child being killed after Father Had Faked Paternity Test. A woman who was strangled along with her 10-month-old son in a Southcrest apartment two years ago told her roommates not long before her death that she suspected the baby's father had faked a paternity test. Tricia Castellones, testifying in the preliminary hearing for Dennis Potts, said 22-year-old Tori Vienneau told her and her sister two weeks before she was killed that test results showed that Potts wasn't the father of her son Dean, but she knew he had to be.

Today I saw a video on cnn about gang members being deported back to Mexico because they are doing to much crimes. A Hispanic documented gang member from a known gang in los Angeles had gotten out of jail and couple days later he was being accused of a murder. The boys mom wants the gang members deported so the law is regulating with the gang institute. That’s the circumstances of being in a gang.

Man was shot by police officer in Turlock, California after police received emergency calls from onlookers that drove by a rural road and saw the man beating a toddler. When the police arrived at the scene to try and stop the man he refused to listen to them. Given the crucial it was for the man to stop a police officer shot the man in the forehead causing his death. The child was left almost irreconcilable and was taken to the hospital were a few minutes afterward he was pronounced dead. The police have not released the name of the boy or of his mother. The only thing that is known is that it was a male of 2 years. The man who beat the boy allegedly stated that the boy had demons and that he was trash. The toxicology report is due in four weeks and it with help determine if drugs or alcohol played a part in making the man violent. It is still to determine if the man was the child’s father but it has been speculated.
