There will be a number of new machines coming out that will help you get healthy and have fun at the same time. For starters there will be a new machine called the Realryder which was created by Realryder International. Until now there has been no known stationary bike that would move you. Now the Realryder which was just created brings a sense of reality as you ride it. Another fantastic machine is the Absolo created by Absolo. What this machine does is toss medicine balls from a machine and it helps you build your abs. This training unit combines traditional crunches with medicine ball tosses to not only develop abdominal and lower back strength but to also increase cardiovascular endurance and muscle coordination. This method is to help bring some fun to your workout.
Reflection: I think its cool they made these machines specifically to bring some fun to those who are working out to achieve their goals of becoming fit.
Reflection: I wonder if it was hard for the developers to compute any problems that may have arose since the production of these new machines.
Reflection: I think it is a good idea to make it fun for people who are working out, that way more people would start trying to workout and that will help child obesity.
My Opinion: In my opinion I think developers have done a great job in developing machines like this. With more and more of Americans becoming obese a good way to get them to start working out will be to make exercises more fun for them

Passanger killed in a suspected DUI crash

The article I read about today was about a passenger who was killed in a suspected and SPECIFIC DUI crash. A man who was suspected of driving drunk was seriously injured and his passenger died. This crash was a rollover crash that happened over the weekend in North County. Anselmo Alejandro Mejia age 29 was the driver. Mejia’s arm was partially severed. Mejia will pursue felony charges of driving under the influence and man slaughter.
Interesting facts- Mejia’s passenger died an hour later at a hospital. The medical examiner’s COMPUTED and identified him as Ramiro Ramirez Hernandez age 24.
My opinion- My opinion is you shouldn’t drive when your drunk because stuff like this can happen. I think that sucks the Mejia is going to face all those charges. I think Mejia knows that this is not a good ACHIEVMENT.

“Benedict greeted warmly in his first U.S. visit as pope”
►What I read today on the newspaper was that Pope Benedict XVI ACHIEVE to stepped onto U.S. soil for the time as pontiff yesterday, arriving to a presidential handshake and wild cheering only hours after he admitted he's deeply ashamed of the clergy sex abuse scandal that has devastated the American church. Also that it Benedict gave hundreds of spectators a two-handed wave as he stepped off a special Alitalia airliner that brought him from Rome. Students from a local Catholic school screamed ecstatically when they saw the pope, who shook hands warmly with President Bush, first lady Laura Bush and their daughter Jenna on the tarmac. Hundreds of onlookers, some from local Roman Catholic parishes, clapped and shouted as they watched the scene from nearby bleachers. Benedict tackled the most painful issue facing the U.S. Catholic Church – clergy sex abuse on his flight to America. The U.S. church has paid out SPECIFIC money, about $2 billion in abuse costs since 1950, most of that in the COMPUTE the last six years.
►I agree because they aren't doing nothing wrong.
►I also agree because they are just trying to be sorry for the sex abuse scandal.
►I agree because they are also helping American churches.
►I think the most interesting fact is that they came to United States and they are already ready to help.

INVASION

What I read this morning in the newspaper was that the spring has been ideal for little things with wings. The insect invasion. From inland valleys to the coast, hundreds of moths, butterflies and long-legged crane flies have swarmed open fields, hillsides and backyards. People claim that there are thousands of them, who had witnessed an invasion of half-dollar-sized moths in their yards last week. I don’t think no one has ever seen and invasion of insects quite like this. Also this invasion of insects will be over soon.
Reflection- I have also noticed this invasion at my house about 30 insects fly around my house at night. I also believe that its cause of the weather they are coming over here but it will all be over soon.
Interesting fact- an invasion of half-dollar-sized moths in their yards last week.

Blockbuster makes billion-dollar takeover bid for circuit city.

This article is talking about how Blockbuster inc., which has been busy trying to fix its own movie rental business, is making a hostile takeover bid of a little more than $1 billion for circuit city with dreams of creating a huge chain that would sell electronic devices and rent movies and games. The offer is larger than Blockbuster’s entire stock-market value, but chief executive James Keyes is specific and he said he is confident his company can swing the deal and that the move has the support of one of his board members, financier Carl Ichan, who could help with financing. News of Blockbuster’s bid for Circuit City, valued at up to $1.35 Billion, sent the struggling retailer’s shares up 27 percent yesterday. Blockbusters shares fell. Circuit City, the nation’s second biggest consumer compute electronics chain, said it doubted Blockbuster could finance the deal and has resisted opening it’s books.
My opinion is circuit city is beating them so people must like circuit city better.
If I were manager and if my merchandise wasn’t getting people interested I would put it on sale.
And also I would put people outside with signs that would say sales inside blockbuster and come now.
On interesting fact that I learned would be, if I had a business take care of it and make sure people are satisfied with everything tat will make them come back and waist there money at my store, so I can achieve more

Today in the union tribune I read that California is virtually assured of experiencing one or more potentially damaging earth quakes by 2037, scientists said yesterday in the first statewide temblor forecast. New estimates show there is a 99.7 percent chance a magnitude 6.7 quake or larger will strike the nations most populous state in the next 30 years. The odds of such an event are higher in southern California that in northern California, 97percent versus 93 percent. It basically guarantees it’s going to happen, said Ned Field, a geophysicist with the U.S. geological survey in Pasadena and lead author of the report. The news for san Diego county was mixed. Scientists don’t have enough data about the rose canyon fault in san Diego to predict it’s chances for a major quake in the next three decades, said Chris Wills of the next California geological survey, a co-author of yesterdays report. The Elsinore fault, which runs southeast through san Diego county from near rainbow toward Jucumba, far less likely to produce a quake the size of Northridge's in 1994 than scientists believe.

As the economy keeps moving in a downward motion with no near sighted way up, people are spending less and less money in retail. The costs of the necessities such as food, gas and housing keep increasing leaving consumers with very little left over money to spend. So in order to not fall into bankruptcy and to ACHIEVE not disappearing many companies are closing down stores all over the country. It is not only in this SPECIFIC region that the economy is failing. It is true that retail business is really bad at this moment, so is the housing market. This year the retail business has had a real slump. Many businesses are closing down their stores and others are filling for bankruptcy in order to not loose everything all together. This year only it is COMPUTED that Foot Locker will be closing down 140 stores, Ann Taylor will close 117 and Zale's the jewelry store will close 100 of its stores.

♥ The article I read about this morning was about a suspected gang member that got killed that got killed in Tijuana. Mexican authorities got into another shooting with Arellano Felix cartel dealers. The man was one of two who got killed in that shootout. Eight other people were also injured. Out of those eight three of them were little kids. Mexican authorities identified the suspected gang member as Adan Isabel AvendaƱo Sanchez. Tattoos and other information led investigators to conclude that Adan was a gang member. He was suspected of being from the gang Barrio Logan which is a gang in San Diego.
♥ I think that what the Mexican authorities is doing is good. They are finally reacting in all of the drug cartels that are going on. They do need to watch out though where they start shooting because they could of shot a little kid.
♥ An interesting fact that I read in this article was that one of the victims was a member of a Barrio Logan gang that has supplied killers to the cartel.
