In today's article I read that pounds of cocaine, kilograms of crack, guns and $318,000 cash are exclude the streets of Southeast San Diego. The District Attorney's office announced 82 people are now facing drug charges, busted in two massive undercover operations. Operation Bloodsucker started in March. The undercover investigation implied known gang members in Lincoln Park, taking down a drug ring lead by father-son team Herman Smith Sr., and Herman Smith Jr. "As mid-level drug dealers sought to fill the void, a second operation was launched," says San Diego County District Attorney Bonnie Domains. That was Operation Lucky Strike, launched in May. It's already netted nearly 50 arrests, with 28 components handcuffed Thursday morning. Police Chief William Lansdowne says, "This is not the end of the case, this is just the beginning." Lansdowne credits these operations with a drop in gang-related homicides this year, and he vows to continue the fight. Thirteen people are still wanted in both operations. "We're going to aggressively continue to go after them," says Lansdowne. I think that these criminals should get the death penalty because they are making San Diego a bad community.
The article I read in the newspaper was about a woman who is under custody of suspicion of her grandmothers death. Amy Jo Mitchell is the name of the woman who got arrested. Her boyfriend is also being sought as a suspect. Jeff Nolan, which is Amy’s boyfriend, was described as a white guy. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weights about 170 pounds. Deputies received a call, which they don’t Exclude who called. So they went to the grandmothers house and found her dead in her living room. Her body was lying under a bookcase that was turned over.
I think that the authorities have there reason why they are suspecting the granddaughter for the death of her grandmother. I believe that hey have there reason because they interview her and then arrested her. I hope that they catch Jeff too and he pays for what he did if he did kill the poor woman.
An interesting fact that I read was that it appeared that the woman may have been dead for days.

in my opinion I have derive about this safety issue about fires but we have to analyze the problem were it could come from etc.. And examine were have they starded and why.
Today I read in the union tribune about a 16 year old Lincoln High School student was stabbed repeatedly in a possibly a gang related fight in a campus restroom yesterday. The teenager was excluded from school and sent to the hospital with serious wounds four in the chest one in the back and one in the back of his head. Two boys suspected implied in the attack were arrested on campus. Gang unit investigators are handling the case using components.
Reflection- I think they should have better security at that school if there are fights happening in the restrooms even with knifes involved.
Today I read about a physician that was arrested in a illegal prescription case. A doctor whose home and business were raided Wednesday was arrested on suspicion of issuing unlawful prescription for painkillers and other controlled medication. Drug enforcement administration undercover agents had been investigating Dr.Jeffrey Yusim since January. Yusim has been charged by the district attorney office with seven counts of violating the health and safety code to undercover.
Interesting Facts- The search warrants were served Wednesday by the DEA.
My Opinion- I think that they should not have arrested him I think if people want pain killers or medical marijuana they should be able to have it.
